According to The article 1 number 1 act no. 6/2011 : “Immigration is a matter of the movement of people entering or leaving Indonesian territory and its supervision in maintaing state soverignty.”
Article 8 Of Act No. 6/2011 state : “(1) Every person entering or leaving the territory of Indonesia is required to have valid and valid documents. (2) Every foreigner who enters the territory of Indonesia is required to have valid and valid visa, unless otherwise determined based on this law and international agreements.”
