Personal lawyer Exclusive is a program from WINARNO & ASSOCIATES to individual person who needs an exclusive service from Lawyer / Advocate or from our Legal Consultant deal with legal matters, consist of:


1.Legal Consultation.

2. Represent client to invite parties (person or company or legal entity) whose harm the rights of client or the client legal interest.


3. Represent Client to send the legal warn (summons letter) document to parties (person or company or legal entity) whose harm the rights of client or the client legal interest.


4.Give legal assist and legal advice due to summons / invitation from lawyer, the government of Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta, Province, District / City, House of representatives in Jakarta, province and district / city, Other Government Institutions.


5. Represent Client to answer all Legal Letters such as: Legal Invitation and / or Legal Warning (Summons letter) document from a person and or legal entity and or his/her lawyer.


6. Represent Client to attend any summons / invitation from lawyer, Government Institution in Jakarta, Province, District / city, House of representative in Jakarta, province and district / city, Other Government Institutions.

7. Give Legal Assist and Legal Advice to client in Investigation stage hold by the police.

8. Represent Client in District Court.


For this package, we charge a monthly honorarium with minimal contract for 6 (six) month outside the administration fee, operational fee and success fee for handle the case
